This notice serves as your acknowledgement and confirmation of your understanding of the nature of the referral relationship between CNR Transport LTD (doing business as CNR Consulting, www.rwandanpets.com, and www.rwandanpetregistry.com) and the Veterinary Service Provider that will attend to your pet.

 

1. Independent Service Provider:

You acknowledge that the veterinary doctor that will be sent in response to your appointment is an Independent Veterinary Service Provider, and is not employed by or affiliated with CNR Transport LTD other than through a referral relationship.

 

 

2. No Responsibility of the Referring Agent:

CNR Transport LTD acts solely as a referral agent and does not manage, supervise, or have any control over the services provided by the Independent Veterinary Service Provider. As such, CNR Transport LTD cannot be held responsible or liable for the quality, outcomes, or any aspect of the services rendered by the Independent Veterinary Service Provider.

 

 

3. Agreement with Service Provider:

Your agreement for veterinary services is strictly between you and the Independent Veterinary Service Provider. Any concerns or disputes arising from the services should be addressed directly with the Independent Veterinary Service Provider.
