  • Country, Address;

  • Photo of your pet;

  • Information regarding your pet (Name, Breed, Species, Gender, Color, Pedigree number, Pedigree name, Vaccination status, Missing status, Deceased status, Pet Passport Number, Microchip number, missing pet message…).

 

The following data (including personal data) may also be collected through the registration form found on our website:

  • Company’s Email address;

  • Company’s Phone number;

  • Company name;

  • Company Address;

  • TIN number;

  • Vet Registration/practice number.

In addition, our website uses Google Analytics Universal Shifting to Google Analytics 4 measurement software to help improve the experience of visitors. Our website uses the following Google Analytics tracking data for website improvement.

Rwandanpets.com's host encrypts databases containing sensitive information, according to PCI standards, to add additional protection of personally identifiable information. This encryption methods renders this information unreadable without a cryptographic key.

Where is the website hosted?

RP.com is hosted internationally and it is fully online. Our host servers can be found in Europe, and the US. We also use back up servers for additional  security. The server uptime is 99.98 percent.

Our website may contain links that redirect to other institutions. These websites are not within our control and may not follow the same privacy, security, or accessibility policies. Once you head to another site, you are subject to their policies.
